The precious Ms. Dobi. Dobi is a noble and gracious canine. She is a Chihuahua.
She loves chatting on the phone. She really doesn't like toothbrushes.
And even though she often begs tirelessly for any red colored food, especially licorice, she is as steadfast and true a confidant as any dog could be.
Sadly, Dobi was found wandering through the city, dirty and in need of urgent medical help. Dobi now lives with the other Shelter Pups while waiting for a nice human to love her.
But Dobi, like all dogs, does not dwell on the past. She lives in the present and wags her tail for the future. Dobi is a high energy dog. Dobi's unbelievable intelligence makes her the ultimate family pup for high-energy humans. Dobi can be a bit spoiled . We recommend a home where she'll be around other friendly dogs.
She had some accidents when she first arrived at the Shelter Pups, but has been trained during the stay.

Friendliness: Chihuahuas may look small and timid but these pups have confidence and attitude. They are proud, graceful, and dainty. The Chihuahua's favorite activity is being held by their favorite human. This pup may even do tricks to get your attention! Make sure you save plenty of time for your Chihuahua and never leave him alone for long periods of time.
Grooming: Chihuahuas can have long or short hair. Short haired Chihuahuas are low maintenance and only require an occasional grooming. Unlike many other long-haired breeds, long-haired Chihuahuas require no trimming and minimal grooming.
Health: Chihuahua are very healthy but also very tiny. Because they are so small it is important to help them stay safe -no jumping from high places or rough play with large dogs. Chihuahuas are also very sensitive to cold weather and should always be kept indoors.
Exercise: Chihuahuas may spend many lazy hours just laying around but they are still considered active dogs and require exercise. Because of their small size, simply running around your house gives them plenty of exercise!
